Short edit of footage shot for West Dunbartonshire Council at the Dumbarton Christmas Light Switch-On event (28/11/09). All audio is from live recorded footage, and all footage was shot using one camera/one operator. The full footage covers the event over a 5 hour period, during which darkness fell. As such, you will see that this edit contains a mix of footage from throughout the event with varying light levels.
